Hard to Believe But Fact: The Human Body Can Survive in the Sahara Desert, but Not in Antarctica

The human body can survive in the Sahara Desert but not Antarctica.
The Sahara Desert is known as one of the hottest deserts in the world and the temperature can reach up to 50 °C during the day. However, humans can survive at this temperature, thanks to their body temperature control mechanisms. They can lower their body temperature through sweating and consume enough fluids to prevent dehydration.
Antarctica, on the other hand, is one of the coldest places in the world. The average temperature can drop as low as -49 °C, and this temperature drops further in winter. Mechanisms for maintaining body temperature do not allow humans to survive in this extremely cold environment. The human body can quickly go into hypothermia (lower than normal body temperature) in extreme cold and cannot maintain its vital functions.
This information is an interesting example of the human body's ability and limits to adapt to environmental conditions.
